Company: Assurant Health Case: Assurant Health, a fortune 500 company, wanted to develop and implement an agent administration and management system that would seamlessly integrate into existing insurance applications. Solution: Our team went in, met with the various stakeholders from different departments and developed a Business Requirements Docunent (BRD). The BRD was complete with existing workflows and business processes. A functional specification was developed from the BRD. The functional specification document was complete with the future/proposed workflow and processes as well as the system solution End Result: Assurant Health was delivered an unambiguous working document that was needed and ready for the procurement of the resources needed for the implementation of their system.
